                              RESOLUTION NO. 21356
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY 
                 ATTORNEY TO FILE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS 
                 AGAINST FREEMAN PETTIGREW AND HEIRS FOR 
                 PROPERTY ADJACENT TO SUMMIT LANDFILL.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to file eminent domain proceedings 
       against Freeman Pettigrew and heirs for property adjacent to 
       Summit Landfill, said property being more particularly described 
       in the legal description attached hereto and incorporated herein 
       by reference.
